We are a specialist canine rehabilitation centre offering a multimodal approach to provide a rehabilitation programme for your dog’s individual requirements. We can select from a range of therapies to achieve the best outcome possible for your dog; whether following injury, post-surgery, managing a long-term condition or disability, or if your dog is in their senior years and requires extra care to improve their quality of life.

We accept referrals from both First Line and Specialist Referral Centres

  • We provide flexible and effective treatments for the pets you love in a safe and relaxing environment.

  • Your pet will receive one-to-one care from a fully qualified hydrotherapist rehabilitation practitioner and fitness trainer.

  • All dogs wear a life jacket or harness and we have a hoist system for dogs which are unable to manage the ramp into the hydrotherapy pool.

  • We use motivational techniques to ensure sessions are also fun for your pet while they receive quality treatments.

  • Our pool is 4m x 2m and 1m deep so we are able to swim even larger dogs comfortably.

  • Our pool is heated to 30 – 31°C to ensure the best therapeutic effect.

  • We have owned dogs of our own for over 30 years and worked in the rescue world.

  • Paula is a fully qualified hydrotherapist with a Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy achieved at the world-renowned Hawksmoor Hydrotherapy and Referral Centre. She also has an honours degree in nursing and is a qualified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner and Fitness Trainer, as well as holding a DSc in Canine Rehabilitation.

  • Paula is a Member of the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists (IRVAP) – Institute of Canine Hydrotherapists (ICH).
